As an AI language model, I don't have personal preferences. However, both Goku and Lain are iconic characters from different anime series, Dragon Ball and Serial Experiments Lain, respectively. Goku is known for his superhuman strength and fighting abilities, while Lain is known for her complex and thought-provoking storyline about the blurring lines between the real world and the digital world. Both characters have their own unique appeal, and the choice between them ultimately comes down to individual preferences for action-packed shonen anime or psychological thrillers. **

The viola is believed to have been invented in the 16th century by Andrea Amati, a renowned Italian luthier from Cremona. Amati is also credited with creating the earliest known violins, and his work had a significant impact on the development of string instruments. The viola has since become an integral part of classical music ensembles and is known for its rich, mellow tone. **

Serial Experiments Lain can be interpreted in various ways, but one common interpretation is that it explores the blurring of boundaries between the real world and the digital world. The show delves into themes of identity, consciousness, and the impact of technology on society. Lain's journey can be seen as a metaphor for the increasing interconnectedness of the digital world and its influence on our perception of reality. The show also raises questions about the nature of existence and the potential consequences of a society that becomes too reliant on technology. **

Manga like Serial Experiment Lain share similar themes of existentialism, technology, and the blurring of reality and virtual worlds. Both explore the impact of technology on human consciousness and the nature of identity in a digital age. Additionally, they both delve into the psychological and philosophical implications of living in a hyper-connected society. Overall, both manga and Serial Experiment Lain offer thought-provoking narratives that challenge traditional storytelling and push the boundaries of the medium. **

Based on the description provided, the instrument in question is the cello. The cello is larger than the violin and viola, and it is played while seated with the instrument resting between the player's knees. It has a deep, rich sound and is often used as a solo or orchestral instrument. **

The question of whether violin or viola is better is subjective and depends on personal preference. The violin is known for its bright and soaring sound, while the viola has a warmer and deeper tone. Both instruments have their own unique qualities and are important members of the string family. Ultimately, the choice between violin and viola comes down to individual musical tastes and the specific role one wants to play in an ensemble. **
